Mountain Budz is an independent, family-owned cannabis dispensary in Hamilton, Ontario. We started our retail journey in cannabis in Bath, ON (near Kingston), over a year ago when we opened our first store there.

We are excited to finally be able to join the Concession BIA ourselves and bring the same atmosphere, vibe and comfort to our storefront and your shopping experience.

Where are you located?

We are located on Concession St. in Hamilton. right down from the Juravinski Hospital between Speedy Subs and Zarky's! Our address is 560 Concession St. Hamilton , ON, L8V 2R7. .

What are your store hours?

Monday - Wednesday: 10am - 7pm Thursday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm Sunday: 12pm - 5pm *Hours are subject to change. The store will be closed Good Friday, Christmas day and New Years day.

How do I apply to work at MB?

What is the exchange/return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging. You must have receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that no cannabis product will be accepted for return once it has left the store. We ask you to verify your product before leaving.

I have a complaint about the quality or the amount of product received - what do I do?

Every cannabis product sold at MB comes from The Ontario Cannabis Store. We do not have the ability for quality control. If you have a complaint about a specific product from a licensed producer or would like to provide further feedback to the Ontario Cannabis Store, you can reach out to The Ontario Cannabis Store customer service number: 1-888-910-6027 or visit their website ( www.ocs.ca ) and initiate a "LiveChat"

Do cannabis products have an expiry date?

Cannabis labels list the date that the cannabis was packaged, which indicates when the finished product was placed and sealed in its final packaging. Expiry dates, which are directionally used to communicate the stability of the product in regards to potency, are not mandatory in Health Canada regulations, so some licensed producers will provide them, but many do not. If the product is properly stored in a dark, dry place and in an airtight container, it should maintain its full potency until opened.
